Terms of service
Last updated September 2026
These terms cover your charity's use of Granto, operated by Facilitated. They are written to be read, not to be survived.
What Granto does
Granto collects Australian grant opportunities, assesses them against the charity profile you provide, verifies shortlisted grants against the funder's current published page, and presents the result to your team with the reasoning attached.
Granto is a discovery and assessment service. It does not write applications, does not submit applications, and is not a party to any relationship between your charity and a funder.
What Granto does not promise
We work hard to ensure that a grant presented as one you can apply for is one you are eligible for, and we verify against the funder's live page before doing so. Even so, funders change criteria, close rounds early, and publish ambiguous guidelines.
We do not guarantee that you will be awarded any grant, that any particular grant will be found, or that a funder's own published information is accurate. Final responsibility for reading the guidelines and deciding to apply rests with your charity.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the charity profile you provide. Assessment quality depends directly on it — an out-of-date profile will produce out-of-date results.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the actions of the people you invite to your charity's account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
- Use Granto for your own charity's grant seeking.
- Do not resell, redistribute, or scrape Granto's assessments or grant data as a product of your own.
- Do not attempt to access another charity's data, or to circumvent the access controls that separate charities.
Fees and cancellation
Pricing is agreed with your charity before any payment is taken, and the first month is free. You can cancel at any time; your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not lock charities into multi-year contracts.
Your data
Your charity profile and your activity in the product belong to your charity. Ask us and we will export or delete them. How we handle data is described on the privacy page, which forms part of these terms.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep Granto available and current, but we do not warrant uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to Granto is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms materially we will tell account holders by email before the change takes effect. Questions go to grants@granto.au.
These terms are governed by the law of South Australia.
